Losing faith in trust

for thus I trust

my heart at bleed

shall be death

by the shadow

of a hollow vow

spoken loud

merely to deceive

to rise despair

for I who seek

something to lit

the hopes

and dreams

that cater what we told

the promises of tomorrow
